Since 2002, The Gordon Flesch Charitable Foundation has given more than $2.4 million to non-profits located in the communities where their customers live, work, and play. This year, The Cocoon received funding to help increase safety for survivors and their children.
Safety, healing, and justice are at the heart of The Cocoon’s mission. Each year more than 900 survivors reach out to Cocoon advocates for everything from emergency safe shelter to safety planning to 24/7 support. With community support such as that received from The Gordon Flesch Charitable Foundation, we can help ensure that survivors have access to extra safety measures even in their own homes.
The Gordon Flesch Charitable Foundation is managed by company associates who nominate organizations close to their hearts and communities. Their goal is to enrich lives through local community organizations that assist people of all age levels who are experiencing illness, hardship, or disasters.
