A new level of corporate social responsibility. As a Champion of Change, your organization will have the opportunity to provide your HR and Management staff the knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively support employees who may be experiencing abuse.
There is no additional cost to become a Champion of Change.
What is the Committment?
When you sign up to become a Champion of Change, your corporation agrees to make the following commitment:
- Schedule an annual Trauma Informed Care/Bystander Intervention training for HR and management staff.
- Collaborate with The Cocoon staff to create a list of resources available through your HR department for those who may be experiencing abuse.
